All of these drawings were done using a micron marker most of them 4" square.

I live where it’s noted for being grey!
Grey... simple unassuming color yet very complex. There is an uncertainty in grey and who likes uncertainty, neutrality, ambiguity? Who can maintain a compassionate awareness & allow things to be as they are?
There is a quietness and sensitivity to this color. It picks up subtle temperature shifts. Questions arise.....
These drawings that I have made were all done with a mechanical pencil. I challenged myself to see how many shades of grey I could produce with one pencil. In reality they are small...3"x5". I draw them in the evenings to help occupy the long winter nights.
